To really hone your team leadership skills, this two day module will provide you with the skills, processes and knowledge on how to lead and manage your team. The module is highly practical with both theory and exercises for you to develop your team leadership skills. You'll have a chance to assess yourself and your role within the team to make sure that the mix of roles and experience are balanced.
