Work Place Shadowing
Have an NLI Facilitator shadow you at your workplace for half a day and then give you feedback and suggestions. This allows you to most effectively fine tune and apply the skills you learned during the training module.
Small Group Coaching
Small Group Coaching is working in groups of 4-6 people for half a day, each taking turns working with an NLI Facilitator. You not only learn and develop when working on your own issue, but you learn so much from what the others discuss and how they handle similar issues.
Coaching
One of the best ways to embed your learning is to work with an NLI Coach for a series of six coaching sessions. The outcomes will be specific skill development and learning completely tailored to your situation
Email and Phone Support
While the NLI Facilitators are available informally for quick conversations with participants after each module, this service allows you up to an hour a week for eight weeks to discuss issues in detail with a NLI Facilitator. Each week you will be able to discuss in detail how to implement your action plans and how to continually fine tune your new skills.
