Bob Selden is the author of "What To Do When You Become The Boss: How new managers become successful managers". The book has been published internationally and been on the Business Best-Seller lists in both the UK and Australia. In 2011 it was translated and published in China and continues to sell in the top 100 business books on Amazon.
Bob's had a career in both management (ranging from a role as a new supervisor to senior management in a major bank) and people-development consulting across five continents.
In addition to the success of "What To Do When You Become The Boss" a highlight of his career has been as a coach at one of the world's premier business schools, the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
